Chocolately time

Went out with my fren to the bugis, i received and also bought chocolates...woohoo!... If you're ky, please turn away cos the following contents are too cruel for your eyes heh heh.

My fren bought me Godiva chocolates! She's MAX... even took the 2008 catalog (dun noe got spring/summer or fallwinter version or not) for me so i can ogle at them. I may be a chocolate fanatic, but i have never eaten Godiva before... cos its like the unreachable brand with my pathetic financial situation. But now NOT anymore muahahaa! ^o^

6 pieces of the truffle collection can set you back by more than 30 bucks T-T... Feel heart pain for my fren... so i promise her i'll eat slooooowly. Then we went to the OG tidbits section where they have great offers and strange choices.

I give Morinaga dark choc another try, and i still prefer Meiji's one, cos its tastier, smoother texture and cheaper. Wah then I came across this "freak", i really must buy to try man!

Meiji's banana choc!? Diaoz -_-" It smells like chewing gum, and lack the banana taste. Like a little bit over-sweeten chocolate.

There's a website, like forum but ppl post funny animal pics (mostly cats) instead of comment. For example like this.

A cat trying to find excuse for its addiction to playing wii... so cute! Its been updated pretty frequent, surfing this site has become one of my pastimes :)

Food for thought

I've been listening to Dan & Young show on 98.7fm in the morning on my way to work lately, and Dan talked about this interesting story that's quite funny and let you see things in unusual aspects. So i wanted to share this story with kenny while eating ice-cream and he had already seen it in e-mail lor. For ppl who don't know abt it yet, here it goes....


A bird was flying to warmer places to escape the winter, unfortunately it was not fast enough... its wings were frozen and stiff and it fell to a open grass field. It was thinking "I'm going to die" etc while laying there waiting time to pass. Just then a cow passed by, shit on it, and walked off! Of course the bird was pissed off... but after awhile its body became warm again! Apparently the warm cow dung was "thawing" the frozen bird. So the bird started to chip happily again, thinking it could fly pretty soon. Its beautiful voice attracted a cat nearby, which dug it out and ate it!

The moral of the story?

1. People give you shit may not always be a bad thing
2. People take you out of the shit may not always be a good thing....And finally
3. When you're in deep shit, keep your mouth shut

I almost laughed out load on the bus... aiya... shit happens, think of it as a lesson taught that makes you stronger and move on... a good story!

This is the ice-cream store, Cold Rock, where kenny and i were eating. A bit like subway, choose cone or cup, cups also have different sizes... then choose what flavor you want... finally toppings, as many as you want at $1 of each kind. The selling part is the crazy selections of toppings... got mars bar...twix...nerds and so on. Then the staff will whip anything together in char-kway-teow motion. This is what i got myself.

Dark chocolate and tia mora (coffee i think) + Nerds and Cadbury Crunchie in regular cup. Fail in my "experiment" :( It taste weird cos of the nerds candies... maybe its not my cup of ice-cream, might be a different story for someone who loves dark forest flavor.

Okay okay...i have been slacking for quite awhile (1 month plus only heh heh)... no decent opportunity to write cos

• bro's back to fix the computer and spend all his time on it

• he's around to "clean-up" the com...so can't do indecent stuff

• all photos in the old laptop, too laychei to transfer

• spend too much time surfing for edison's pics

During the CNY i did a few stuff, attended a friend's bday party, lao yu shen at the newton, bai nian etc

Our first outing to clubbing together heh heh. Seems like we're the sit-ard-drink-beer-ppl watching kind of person. While drinking, a group of ppl were popping their heads around, looking at the floor looking for smth. They lost A HANDPHONE BATT... so hopeless these ppl actually could lost smth so hard to lose. And i don't think they found it in the end.
